A delegation from the EU and representatives from Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) on March 6 inaugurated the Software Business Incubator (SBI) in HCM City.

Located in QTSC, the centre seeks to develop newly-established and fledgling software businesses to lift the overall competitiveness of local enterprises.

The 2,800 s.qm centre is jointly funded by the Government and the EU and forms a component of the Viet Nam Private Sector Support Programme.
