Eastern Uruguay President Tabare Ramon Vazquez Rosas says the South American country is determined to bolster friendship and cooperation with Viet Nam .

His comments were made at a reception by Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh in Ha Noi on November 19.

President Tabare Vazquez spoke highly of the achievements Viet Nam has recorded over the past twenty years of renovation.

The Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam will be the three top markets for mobile telecom investment in the near future, according to research by Altimo, an international investment group on telecom.
